Eric and I met August 16, 2005 on the internet. We had both joined a dating website and began talking. I lived in Port Huron and he lived in Grand Rapids, a good 3 hours apart. We instant messaged back and forth for several months and I finally met him in person on December 27, 2005. I spent the next month driving to Grand Rapids every chance I got. On January 22, 2006, we were at a party and he asked me to take a walk with him. It was snowing and my shoes had gone MIA, but I went anyways. We stood on the corner, under the streetlight with snow falling all around us and he asked me to be his girlfriend. As you could guess, I gladly accepted!
We have been together for 4 years as of January 2010. We have had so many AMAZING times together. And of course with any relationship, some not so great, but I wouldn't trade them for the world.
We are currently living in Grand Rapids, in the house we bought 1 year ago. We have two dogs, Oliver and Jackson.
Eric proposed to me on December 24, 2009 in front of his whole family!
