Our Story

Walter and Kim were introduced by mutual friends in the beginning of 2005. They began dating, and knew from the start that what they had was something special. They went through a lot together, from Walter joining the Army and going away to Basic Training to Kim moving away for college, but they stuck together through it all. After 3 years of dating, Walter decided to "pop the question". He asked Kim's parents for her hand in marriage, and then proceeded to plan the proposal. They had already planned a trip to Las Vegas for Kim's upcoming 21st birthday, so he decided to take advantage of the trip. On August 14th, 2008 Walter proposed to Kim at the Grand Canyon, and she said YES!

Travel Arrangements

The Fourth of July weekend is one of the busiest times of the year for the
Morehead City/ Atlantic Beach areas, so it is important to make your travel arrangements as early as possible.
