Nick and I met in Las Vegas. No matter what he says, I was not a stripper and he was not the high tipper of the night. (He was so kind, as to tell his Grandmother this the very first time that I met her.) It was during the NRF four years ago, this year. Nick was working at Larry's booth and I was working at Campbell's Bits and Spurs. On a bet with his brother, Nick asked for my number. A group of us went out a few times during those couple weeks and had a great time. We visited a few times on the phone, but nothing came of it for a about a month. We started dating long distance, for four months. I planned on moving from Montana to Arizona, but had a few weeks off to do some traveling and visit some friends and family between Montana, Texas and Arizona. I never did make it to Arizona.
Since then, we traveled to Canada to hit some rodeos, Nick went to Equine Dentistry school, I started working at Sundown State Bank, Nick's done massive amounts of traveling (including California for a month). All in all, we agree that we have a pretty good life. We may not have all of the things that we would like to have, our own place, but we are working toward it.
We don't foresee kids in our near future, we are busy trying to save some money. Plus we're good with our four-legged kids. If we need a kid fix, we go hang out with Londyn (who is growing so fast and is an incredibly smart girl). Nick wishes is God-daughter and niece Brylee was closer so that he could spend more quality time with her as well. He is amazed by how much she grows every time he sees her.
The ceremony and reception will both take place at the Vancourt Community Center. The ceremony will be outside; so ladies you probably won't want to wear high heels. All of the wedding party is going to be wearing cowboy boots. Dress comfortably, wear light-weight cloths, and enjoy the evening with friends and family.
The community center is behind the post office in Vancourt, it is a large brick building with a big yard with a few tall trees. Vancourt is about 6 – 7 miles past Wall on Hwy 87 S.
At the reception we will be serving dinner, buffet-style. Dinner will include smoked/roasted pork, potato salad, beans, bread, lemonaid, and tea. (There may be more, I'm not really sure. Nick is doing all of the planning for dinner.) Dinner will be served outside (weather permitting). Following dinner will be music, dancing, cake, and a whole lot of fun!

*** THE RECEPTION IS B.Y.O.B. So come eat with us, but make sure that you bring your own (adult) beverages. You can share it or hoard it, just so long as your drinking what you want and having a good time! ***
Thank you everyone for sharing this day with us! We hope that everyone can and will make it. We are greatful to have such great family and friends, both of which have been so helpful in putting together, what we know will be an exciting day!! Thank you again!

Loves and hugs,

Nick and Manda
